We offer exchanges or store credit within 7 days of receipt of purchase. Jewellery must still be in original state of receipt. Jewellery tags must be uncut. Please note that we do not offer refunds. We do not refund shipping and handling charges. If your piece(s) does not fit, please do not wear them and contact us immediately. We cannot refund or replace lost merchandise.
