Do I need to have an account to place an order?



You can shop with us without creating an account. However, creating an account with us includes benefits such as :

What payment methods does “ ZADARA JEWELS ”accept ?



At the moment we accept debit cards , paypal and ideal .

If you prefer to pay by western union or moneygram , please contact us via phone or email ( see contact us ) for payment details .

All payments are processed through a secure checkout system to ensure your safety .


What are my shipping options



We offer dhl and national postal services . See shipping and returns for more information.

How long does delivery take, and how much will it cost?

Is my package insured and do I need to sign for my order?



Yes your purchases are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from us to your shipping address. Once your package has been delivered and signed for at your specified address, it is no longer covered. To ensure that your purchases arrive safely and in perfect condition, we require proof of delivery.

Do I need to pay taxes and duties ?



Taxes and import duties are not included on orders sent outside the Eu .



So once your order arrives at its destination you will be required to pay all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to, in order to release your order from customs or shipping agent .

Can I track my order?



Yes you can

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your air waybill number to track your package .

Can goods be returned or exchanged ?



Yes , all items can be returned or exchanged , 7 days after receipt of product ( Except for pierced jewellery such as earrings or body rings ) . And all items must be unused , and in original packaging and labels .

All items that do not abide by these will be rejected .

Customers are solely responsible for shipping costs of all returned or exchange items .

Your refund will either be issued to the original card used to place the order, or to the exact means that your money was received . If you have paid through means such as western union or money gram , where you were charged a commission , we will not be held liable for the extra costs , and you will be liable for commissions .

All sales taxes are included in your refund if your order has been sent to a destination within the EU. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable , since we are not responsible for this . You may be able to recover these costs by contacting your local customs bureau directly.

Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

DO YOU HAVE SEASONAL SALES ?



We do not have seasonal sales because most of our pieces are classics and ever-green , and many items have also been produced or crafted in limited quantity , making your jewellery or accessory unique and wearable for many years to come
